National Concepts of Quality:
About the conference Organized by Saint Petersburg State University of Economics since 2010 with the support of the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology (Rosstandart), the All-Russian Quality Organization and the Committee for Science and Higher Education of Saint Petersburg, the conference brings together researchers, public authorities and the business community.
In 2026 the conference is dedicated to the memory of Vladimir Valentinovich Okrepilov , Honorary Citizen of Saint Petersburg, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, head of the base department at Saint Petersburg State University of Economics, Doctor of Economics, Professor.
The 2026 theme is the transition from competition between national quality systems to harmonization around technological excellence, sustainable development and consumer trust.
Researchers, lecturers, quality specialists, public authorities, businesses, students and early-career researchers are invited.
